Hi, I’m Becky!

I’m an ICF certified accountability coach for feminist founders who want to do business differently. If you’re looking to work less and give back more (without going broke), you’re in the right place.

I help successful entrepreneurs reimagine how running a business can look and feel. You don’t have to do it the way it’s always been done. You can prioritize people (yourself, your team, your community) without sacrificing profits.

When I’m not coaching or hosting the Feminist Founders podcast, I’m reading feminist books, watching all things Bravo, or spending time with my husband and child. I’m an INFJ, Enneagram 6, and my top CliftonStrengths are Strategic, Futuristic, Activator, Communication, and Intellection.

Values Statement

What does Feminist Founders stand for? This is a movement to create a more equitable future via entrepreneurship. Business should serve its founders, staffs, and community—not the other way around.

The principles that serve as a foundation for this work are:

Liberation: We reject white supremacist capitalist patriarchy (and all its oppressive manifestations), and commit to using privilege to help dismantle it through our work, voice, and money.

Growth: We never stop learning about ourselves and others, which necessarily means owning our faults, admitting mistakes, and listening with an open heart and mind.

Courage: We’re committed to living out our values even when it’s emotionally, financially, or otherwise difficult. Change happens only when we learn to sit in discomfort.
