Journaling is one of the most powerful self-development tools we have. That’s why I suggest the activity to every one of my mindset-coaching clients (and those who do it tend to see the most dramatic results).
Here are 31 morning journaling prompts to kick off your days on the right note. Tackle one prompt a day for the next month, and you’ll likely find yourself growing as a small business owner—and as a person.

I’m obsessed with journal prompts right now, so I’m allll over these, lol! Thanks for the inspiring journal ideas…they’re not usually top of mind for most of us and yet so important to consider 🙂
