DO BUSINESS
your way.
DO BUSINESS
your way.
I WANT TO HELP YOU HAVE MORE FREEDOM, SPACE, CALM, JOY … WITHOUT SACRIFICING YOUR BUSINESS’ SUCCESS.
Instead of doing what you “should,” do what your gut says is right for you.
Instead of working so freaking hard all the time, put your needs first and without guilt.
Instead of doubting yourself at every turn, find and use your voice with authority.
Accountability coaching can help you work less and give back more (without sacrificing profits).

MY FEMINIST AGENDA
I am an intersectional feminist coach. Those aren’t just words, they are a promise and a mission. My feminist values inform how I coach, how I run my business, and how I live my life.
–> If it isn’t intersectional, it isn’t feminism (h/t Kimberlé Crenshaw).
I’m committed to dismantling all systems of oppression (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, anti-fat bias, ageism, etc.) because I know that they’re mutually reinforcing. “The truth is, no one of us can be free until everybody is free,” Maya Angelou.
–> I benefit from unearned advantages.
I am a bisexual woman in a larger body who lives with an anxiety disorder. I am also white, cis-het, straight presenting, well-educated, middle-class, and able-bodied. My positionality includes many privileges that carry great responsibility to challenge the unjust framework of white supremacist, capitalist patriarchy.
–> Fuck capitalism. I want to help build an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable economy.
• I redefine success beyond money and productivity, and encourage my clients to do the same.
• I pay myself and anyone I hire a living wage.
• I offer accessible pricing and payment options whenever possible.
• I engage in ethical, consent-based sales practices.
• I resist hustle culture for myself and in my coaching. Rest is a right!
–> Words and actions matter.
• My goal is to always use anti-oppressive language, and to welcome correction when I make mistakes.
• I amplify the voices of those with oppressed identities, and credit those who educate me (see below).
• I redistribute wealth to organizations aligned with these values (see below).
• I continue to unlearn harmful conditioning and bring my life and work into greater alignment with my values.

MY VALUES
Liberation: I reject white supremacist capitalist patriarchy (and all its oppressive manifestations), and commit to using my privilege to help dismantle it through my work, voice, and money.
Community: I do not exist in a vacuum. I seek to create collective change by centering community in all aspects of my life and work because we > me and relational > transactional.
Growth: I never stop learning about myself and others, which necessarily means owning my faults, admitting my mistakes, and listening with an open heart and mind.
Courage: I am committed to living out my values even when it’s emotionally, financially, or otherwise difficult.
Additionally, my coaching work is rooted in these key principles:
Curiosity: I’m not here to pass judgment on you or your actions. I ask questions that help you consider yourself and your actions in a new, more loving way.
Choice: You have agency, and you don’t need me to tell you want to do. I simply act as a guide as you come to your own decisions about what’s right for you.
Consent: To make sure you feel safe in the coaching relationship, I frequently check on your comfort with my approach, your commitments, and our arrangement.
Compassion: Blame and shame are the patriarchy’s sharpest tools—and that’s why they are completely removed from my coaching toolbox. There is nothing wrong with you, and I aim to never make you feel like there is.
